• Drive business growth by identifying, acquiring, and converting prospective high-net-worth individual and institutional client accounts.

• Oversee private client portfolios, creating tailored strategies aligned with asset protection, risk parameters, and long-term objectives.

• Partner with internal subject matter experts to integrate tax efficiency, estate planning, and risk mitigation solutions.

• Direct multi-disciplinary advisory teams while ensuring all activities comply with stringent regulatory frameworks.

• Represent the organization across regional networks to expand brand presence and mentor team members.

skills and experience required.

• Proven track record in managing private wealth client relationships and driving fee-based assets under management.

• Extensive experience in private banking or wealth advisory serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

• Deep knowledge of multi-asset portfolio construction, asset allocation, and cross-border financial structures.

• Strong familiarity with regional wealth regulations, estate planning, and risk management frameworks.

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business, with professional credentials such as CFA, CFP, STEP, or CPA highly regarded.
