Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation, and onboarding.
  • Handle employee lifecycle administration, including new hires, confirmations, transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, and resignations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, personnel files, and HR documentation.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by preparing and validating payroll inputs, attendance, leave, claims, allowances, and other changes.
  • Coordinate statutory contributions and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee leave, attendance, benefits, insurance, and other HR-related administration.
  • Support performance management processes, including probation reviews, annual appraisals, and performance improvement processes.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including disciplinary documentation, warning letters, grievances, and termination processes.
  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR data for management reporting and analysis.
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, employee handbook updates, and SOPs.
  • Respond to employee and manager HR queries and provide timely HR support.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and other HR projects as required.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of talent sourcing exposure
  • Good knowledge of local employment laws and HR practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with HRIS/HR systems.
  • Able to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
