We're Hiring | Territory Manager (Nutrition) - Southern

SBL Healthcare is a fast-growing healthcare and nutrition company dedicated to empowering adults to live healthier, stronger and longer through trusted daily nutrition.

We’re looking for an experienced Territory Manager (Nutrition) - Southern to grow our pharmacy, clinic and hospital business while helping healthcare professionals and consumers make informed nutrition choices.

Your Mission

Own and grow an assigned territory by building trusted partnerships with pharmacies, clinics, hospitals and healthcare professionals while educating them on Grosure adult nutrition products.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Develop new customers and expand existing accounts within your assigned territory.
• Achieve sales and business growth targets.

Customer Relationship Management

• Build long-term partnerships with doctors, pharmacists, dietitians, hospital teams and key customers.
• Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.

Product Education

• Deliver product presentations, sampling activities and training sessions.
• Promote evidence-based nutritional solutions to healthcare professionals.

Territory Management

• Plan and execute daily customer visits.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify business opportunities.
• Support collection follow-up and customer service excellence.

What You’ll Do

You'll play an important role in growing Grosure by:

• Building strong customer relationships.
• Educating healthcare professionals on adult nutrition.
• Expanding business opportunities within your territory.
• Representing SBL professional in the market.
• Helping improve the health of communities through trusted daily nutrition.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Pharmacy, Science, Nursing, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of healthcare, nutrition, pharmaceutical or pharmacy experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to travel.
