ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Check visit plan as prepared by Vending Coordinator

• Check Daily Sales Report (DSR) on item sales, cash variance, product utilization and compliance to LFI

• Collect Daily Route Sheet (DRS) on the planned visits for the day and update upon visiting every machine

• Collect daily coin float from Coin Room

•  Follow visit plan and proceed to customer locations

• At machine, Check sales meter reading, collect cash sales from machine and top-up coin float, i.e. RM 50.00

• Clean machine as per SOP and replenish machine as per products planogram

• Record Opening Balance (OB), Sold Quantity (SQ) and Load Quantity (LQ)

• Record all products replenished in DRS and key-in VOS system

• Ensure compliance to stocks movement as per FIFO system

• Check and remove all expired products and key-in as Return to Van Stock and Return Warehouse

• Deposit all coin bags including location paper in safe box and lock

• Key-in stocks used in a day in VOS system and request for new stock through same system

• Pick stocks from Beverage & Confectionary Warehouse as per Stock Request Form generated through VOS system

• Load van and arrange to be ready for next day business

• Maintain cleanliness of the van and machine

• Perform van stock count

•  Ensure compliance to 5S and Safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: SPM / STPM

• Years of Experience: Min 1 Year

• GDL Lisence

• Skills: Fast Leaner & Perseverance
