The Role

Are you passionate about quality assurance and curious about how AI is transforming software testing? We're looking for a Manual & Automation Tester to work on mobile banking applications and internet banking web portals within the finance sector, combining traditional testing expertise with modern AI-powered testing tools to drive better test coverage and faster releases.

What You'll Do

• Perform manual and automation testing for mobile banking apps and web-based internet banking portals
• Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, and automation scripts
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for functional and regression testing
• Use AI-powered testing tools to generate test cases, identify scenarios, analyze failures, and improve coverage
• Test core banking functionalities such as login, authentication, fund transfers, and account services
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, UI, and end-to-end testing
• Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in software testing, with strong manual and automation testing skills
• Experience testing mobile applications and web portals
• Familiarity with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium
• Interest in or experience with AI-based testing tools such as AI test-case generation or AI-assisted test analysis
• Good understanding of API testing, SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum, and defect management
• Banking or financial application testing experience is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
