Factory Admin

Salary: RM2,000 per month

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

About Us

Krom Seven Sdn Bhd is a manufacturing company specializing in metal finishing and deburring services. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Factory Admin to support our daily factory operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Issue Delivery Orders (DO) and maintain shipment records
• Monitor and update raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory
• Track daily stock movements and inventory balances
• Monitor customer delivery schedules and shipment status
• Prepare inventory, attendance, and management reports
• Maintain production records and documentation
• Coordinate with production personnel to ensure accurate inventory records
• Maintain organized filing and administrative systems
• Perform general administrative duties related to factory operations

Requirements

• SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills
• Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
• Experience in administration, inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing is an added advantage
• Must possess own transportation and be able to travel to the workplace independently
