Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Management Manager in planning, coordinating, executing, and delivering projects successfully.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management Manager in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Assist in monitoring project budgets by tracking expenses and reporting variances to maintain financial control
• Prepare, organise, and manage project documentation to ensure accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders
• Coordinate communication among project stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and resolve issues promptly
• Generate regular project status reports to inform leadership and stakeholders of progress and risks
• Manage day-to-day project administration tasks to support smooth project operations and adherence to timelines
