Responsibilities

• Play a key role in expanding the company's client franchise by attracting, growing, and retaining high-value clients, supporting revenue generation and sustainable business growth

• Build trusted client relationships by providing timely market insights, responsive trading support, and personalised service that aligns with clients’ investment objectives and evolving needs

• Act as a key partner in clients’ investment journey by proactively identifying opportunities, encouraging trading activity, and providing value-added solutions that enhance client engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty

Qualifications

• Diploma and Bachelor's Degree and above

Required Skills

• Familiarity with online trading platforms or investment experience is an advantage

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and support client matters
