About The Company

Our client, a property development company with a rich legacy of financial stability and sustainable growth. Renowned for transforming strategic landbanks into thriving townships and high-yielding commercial hubs, they are rapidly expanding their portfolio into high-impact industrial and logistics parks across key economic corridors.

To drive the commercial positioning and growth of their flagship industrial developments, they are seeking a strategic, Marketing Manager to oversee their industrial developments to lead brand campaigns and fuel corporate client acquisition.

About The Job

• Formulate and execute integrated marketing strategies spanning across digital campaigns, industrial trade exhibitions, targeted corporate outreach, and media placement.
• Directly engage, pitch to, and build long-term relationships with multinational corporations (MNCs), local manufacturers, logistics providers, and institutional investors.
• Build and leverage strong networks with corporate real estate agencies, state investment agencies, and international site selection consultants to maximize property exposure and deal velocity.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitor benchmarking, and consumer behavior analysis to formulate effective product positioning, pricing strategies, and target audience profiling.
• Oversee and manage external creative agencies, digital media planners, public relations firms, and event vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables that align with brand standards and timelines.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive marketing experience within the property development industry, with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.
• Proven experience in successfully launching industrial developments within Klang Valley or outstation.
