Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications, APIs and digital products

Build secure data processing and ETL pipelines

Develop and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines

Work with Docker, Kubernetes/EKS and containerised applications

Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or OpenTofu

Develop automated testing and improve overall software quality

Support system integration and distributed applications

Implement security, monitoring and production support practices

Modernise and enhance existing applications and systems

Work with different teams to develop reusable engineering solutions

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field

Hands-on experience in software development

Experience with one or more of Java, Kotlin, Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Go or C#

Frontend experience with React, Next.js, Vue or Angular

Experience with RESTful/GraphQL APIs and SQL databases

Knowledge of microservices, system integration or ETL

Experience with Git, automated testing and code reviews

Familiarity with Docker, AWS and CI/CD

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

Experience with Terraform/OpenTofu, Kubernetes/EKS or event-driven architecture

Experience with Salesforce, OutSystems, Appian, Pega or Microsoft Dynamics
