Job Summary
Lead and develop teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management. Analyze performance and business needs to recommend improvements and coordinate supplier relations, driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise and train employees to enhance team skills and productivity
2. Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies to improve financial performance
3. Analyze operational performance data and generate reports to inform decision-making
4. Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations to meet business objectives
5. Assess business and customer needs to align operational activities accordingly
6. Conduct research and recommend process improvements to increase effectiveness
7. Monitor staff performance regularly and provide constructive feedback for development
8. Coordinate with suppliers to maintain timely and quality supply chain operations
