Key responsibilities:
Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.

Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Enter and maintain financial transactions and accounting records.

Issue checks and update ledgers and budgets.

Reconcile invoices, sales receipts, and identify discrepancies.

Prepare and process expense and reimbursement claims.

Maintain both digital and physical financial records.

Assist the Accounts Manager with annual audits.

Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Department, including filing, mail, and phone duties.

Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 5–6 years of relevant experience.

Strong knowledge of full-set accounting and experience with ERP system.

Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures and financial regulations/compliance.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent attention to detail.
