Job Responsibilities:
Admin

Support daily administrative tasks related to kitchen/office operations.

Assist in the preparation and management of invoices, quotations, and delivery orders.

Coordinate and manage daily orders.

Aid the kitchen team with procurement activities to ensure timely supply of ingredients and materials.

Handle logistics-related duties to facilitate smooth operational flow.

Supervise kitchen activities as well as customer service operations to maintain high standards.

Handling customer enquiries (when needed).

HR

Manage the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Administer work pass applications, renewals and cancellations

Handle and monitor company insurance matters in respect of security bond (SB), worker injury compensation act (WICA), medical insurance etc

Manage claims from employees and with government authorities (e.g. levy waiver, children leave claim, maternity leave claim etc)

Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

File Form IR21 for staffs' tax clearance

Handle employee relations issues

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications:
At least two years experience in admin cum HR roles.

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Comfortable working in kitchen enviroment (Kaki Bukit).

Knowledge of WhyzeHR software is a plus.
