Duties:
Identify and engage potential customers through various outbound channels, including calls, emails, messaging platforms, and social media.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline by prospecting new business opportunities across different industries.
Understand customers' business needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Qualify leads and coordinate meetings or product demonstrations with the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up with prospective customers to build relationships and drive business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives.
Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role.
Prior experience in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or cold calling will be an advantage.
