Job Description:
Mix and Serve Cocktails: Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, ensuring quality and consistency in every drink.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making recommendations.

Bartending Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in cocktail preparation techniques, including shaking, stirring, muddling, and layering.

Beverage Knowledge: Have an in-depth knowledge of various spirits, wines, and beers, as well as their flavor profiles and ideal pairings.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and equipment regularly.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Bartender in a high-volume bar or restaurant is preferred

Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with professionalism

Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

A friendly and outgoing personality

Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Bar operations

Knowledge of cocktails, liquors, spirits, and wine

Good interpersonal and communication skills, teamwork, willingness to learn, and creativity

Able to work weekends and public holidays

(*) Your work will be scheduled in a weekly roster with working hours between 7:00am and 1:00am and you will be expected to work on most weekends and public holidays, however we can and we do have exceptions for applicants with justified schedule restrictions.
