UI/UX Designer at LLL Inc.

Location: Full Remote (Malaysia-based) Experience: 3+ years

About The Role

Design beautiful, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications serving Japanese and ASEAN markets. You’ll work closely with Japanese clients who value high-quality design and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user interfaces for web applications (responsive design)
• Design mobile app UIs (iOS and Android)
• Conduct user research and usability testing
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes
• Design comprehensive design systems and component libraries
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation fidelity
• Present design concepts to clients (Japanese and English)
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Maintain design documentation and style guides
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
• Expert in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile designs
• Understanding of responsive design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Proficiency in user research methodologies
• Experience with design systems
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Excellent visual design skills (typography, color, layout)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for Japanese clients or markets
• Understanding of Japanese design aesthetics
• Japanese language skills (N3 or higher)
• Motion design and animation skills (After Effects, Principle)
• Front-end development skills (React, Tailwind CSS)
• Experience with design tokens and Figma API
• Background in graphic design or branding
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field
