Role Description This is a full-time Content Creator role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility.

• Develop and produce engaging content across digital channels, including social media and marketing campaigns, aligned with the campaign objectives.
• Daily tasks include ideating concepts, writing copy/ scripts, creating visual in collaboration with designers, and repurposing content for different platforms.
• Supporting event-related content, capturing and editing content before, during, and after events, and coordinating with the teams to ensure consistency in messaging.
• Lead full end to end video production process, ability to shoot, identify key scenes, timeline, scripting, thumbnail and post-production

Qualifications

• Strong content creation skills for digital platforms especially Social Media.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop creative ideas and storyboard.
• Experience with digital marketing practices, including social media management, basic analytics review, and audience engagement tactics.
• Familiarity with branding and marketing communication principles, ensuring content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Basic proficiency in content and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Capcut or similar)
• Strong research, organization, and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to support onsite events when needed.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in content creation, social media, or marketing communications
• Experience with digital cameras, lighting, and framing will be an added advantage
