岗位职责
As a Finance Manager, you will oversee finance operations, strengthen internal controls, and champion continuous process improvements. You will collaborate with Finance, the Shared Service Centre, IT, and business stakeholders to optimize cash flow, improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive digital transformation across finance functions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee finance operations, controls, and process improvement initiatives.
- Optimize cash flow, banking processes, and OPEX efficiency.
- Review accounting variances and resolve operational issues.
- Drive process standardization and automation across closing, reporting, cash management, and intercompany/interbranch activities.
- Support internal controls, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Shared Service Centre, IT, and business teams to enhance D365 and Yonyou (用友) workflows.
- Manage bank administration, including account maintenance, signatory updates, user access, and online banking setup.
- Prepare process documentation and participate in ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
- Solid experience in finance operations, month-end closing, reconciliations, cash management, and bank administration.
- Good understanding of internal controls, approval authority, segregation of duties, and audit requirements.
- Experience in process improvement, workflow standardization, and automation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
