Location: Bidor, Perak
Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500

Position: Senior R&D Executive

ARE YOU EXPERIENCED IN FOOD PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT?

We are looking for a Senior R&D Executive with hands-on experience in food manufacturing and product development, especially candidates who have experience developing sauces, seasonings or related food products.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and improve food products according to company requirements
• Conduct R&D, product formulation and recipe development
• Develop and modify sauce recipes / food formulations
• Conduct product trials, testing and evaluation
• Ensure products meet quality, food safety and regulatory requirements
• Prepare R&D documentation, product specifications and reports
• Work closely with Production, QA/QC and other departments
• Conduct troubleshooting and improvement of existing products
• Support new product development from formulation to production
• Perform other R&D-related tasks assigned by Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Manufacturing or related field
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing / R&D
• Hands-on experience in food product development
• Experience in sauce / seasoning / recipe development is highly preferred
• Good understanding of food ingredients, formulation and production processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and manage product development projects
• Candidates willing to work in Bidor, Perak are encouraged to apply
