Key Responsibilities

Application Support & Maintenance

• Provide functional and technical support for enterprise applications, including:
• IFCA Net
• IFCA Mall
• RPA / UiPath
• Talend
• ABBYY FlexiCapture
• I-Residential
• CSS System
• Monitor application performance and ensure system availability, reliability, and stability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, and system implementation projects.
• Participate in requirements clarification, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Assist with automation initiatives, including RPA implementation and enhancement.
• Maintain proper technical and system documentation for application changes and support processes.
• Ensure applications and implemented solutions comply with Group IT standards, policies, and procedures.
• Support audit and compliance activities when required.

Business Application Support

• Provide application support to business functions including:
• Property Sales
• Finance
• Cash Management
• Property Development
• General Ledger
• Fixed Assets
• Rental Management
• Residential Management
• Assist business users in troubleshooting system-related issues and improving business processes.
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage and resolve escalations from the support team and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders after system go-live.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in IT application support, system support, or application maintenance.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications or property management systems is preferred.
• Experience with IFCA ERP / IFCA systems will be a strong advantage.
• Experience with application implementation, enhancement, upgrade, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Familiarity with RPA / UiPath, Talend, ABBYY FlexiCapture, or similar enterprise technologies is an advantage.
• Knowledge of JIRA, ITSM, CI/CD tools and processes is preferred.
• ITIL, COBIT, or TOGAF certification is an added advantage.
