Job Title: Finance Executive
Work Hour: Monday to Friday 9am-6pm
Salary Range: $3,000 - $3,800

Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Finance Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will support daily finance operations and play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across multiples brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting data entries
• Handle full spectrum of Account Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices, staff claim etc
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales and cash reconciliations
• Assists in daily finance operations and support the accountant in ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Possess Diploma/Degree in Accounting , Finance or equivalent qualifications
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
• Responsible, proactive, and takes initiative in completing tasks
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus
