Summary Benefit :
Salary : $ 2200 - $ 3200
OT + Shift Allowance + Housing Allowance + VB
4 Days Work
Company transport provided
Responsibilities :
Set up and operate precision spring machines according to production schedules.
Program and run machines to meet required production quantities and specifications.
Troubleshoot tooling issues, including arbor and cutter burrs.
Work closely with QA to qualify machine setups and inspect work-in-progress.
Perform daily machine inspections and maintain production records.
Prepare materials according to production orders and manage material coil changes.
Ensure accurate scanning, recording, and return of production materials.
Update machine timesheets, utilization records, and reject reports.
Follow customer specifications for machine settings, lubrication, packaging, and lot quantities.
Check material availability before starting each job.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements during machine operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements :
Minimum 'N' level /NTC 3 in any discipline is preferred.
Basic understanding of spring manufacturing processes and machine operations.
Experience operating precision spring machines is preferred.
Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures.
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and maintain production records.
