Job Summary

This internship offers hands-on training in accounting, administration, tax, and corporate compliance in Singapore. You will assist the accounts team with bookkeeping, client document management, compliance filings, and office coordination while gaining practical skills for a future career.

Responsibilities

• Enter accounting data and perform bookkeeping tasks to support accurate financial records
• Prepare and organise client documents and records for efficient retrieval and compliance
• Assist with online filings and submissions to regulatory bodies such as ACRA and IRAS
• Support GST and tax-related work to ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations
• Compile financial reports and assist the accounts team in reporting activities
• Collect, scan, and file client documents to maintain organised records
• Coordinate with clients and support general office administration to facilitate smooth operations
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned to support team needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic accounting knowledge to assist with accounting tasks effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, to manage data and reports
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Motivated, responsible, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Students or fresh graduates studying Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields
