Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production staff within Kitting and Offline Operations.
Plan and allocate manpower, resources, and work priorities to meet production schedules and operational requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate material kitting, preparation, and delivery to support production continuity.
Oversee feeder preparation and readiness to minimize production interruptions and downtime.
Monitor and control WIP to ensure proper material flow, inventory accuracy, and production efficiency.
Ensure proper material handling, inventory control, traceability, and adherence to established procedures.
Maintain compliance with ESD, safety, quality, and operational requirements within the work area.
Drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) objectives.
Monitor team productivity, operational performance, manpower utilization, and cost effectiveness.
Identify operational issues and lead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish, implement, and maintain work procedures and operating standards to achieve production goals.
Prepare and maintain production, manpower, inventory, and operational performance reports.
Collaborate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, Engineering, Quality, and other relevant functions to resolve operational issues and ensure smooth production support.
Coach, develop, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets while maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, safety requirements, and applicable operational procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership role is preferred.
Experience managing production operators/technicians and daily manpower activities.
Experience in kitting, material handling, WIP control, or production support is an advantage.
Basic understanding of inventory control, material traceability, ESD, and safety procedures.
Able to monitor production performance and support achievement of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People (SQDCP) targets.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to handle day-to-day production issues.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
Experience in semiconductor, electronics, SMT, or other high-volume manufacturing is an added advantage.
Willing to work in a shift-based manufacturing environment, where required.
