Assist partners/customers in completing software porting, optimization, and model fine-tuning, resolve

deployment issues, and enable partners to incubate solutions.

Responsibilities

Software Porting: Assist key customers in setting up their environments, compiling software, and porting software to the

ARM platform. Promote the use of AI frameworks and pattern adaptation development by partners, and resolve related

technical issues.

Code Optimization: Analyze bottlenecks in customer applications and improve performance through code optimization.

Assist customers in conducting performance tests and possess the ability to optimize related software.

Issue Handling: Analyze common abnormal issues in customer software, supercomputing platforms, and AI model

deployment/operation to ensure normal operation of customer business.

Technical Enablement: Conduct product training for customers to help partners better understand and utilize ARM-based

CPU/NPU technologies and products.

Solution Incubation: Collaborate with partners to design, build, port, and adapt general computing and intelligent

computing solutions.

Competency Requirements

Cloud & Computing Knowledge: Certain level of knowledge in cloud and computing business; hands-on experience in

the design, planning, execution, delivery, or operation of related projects; understanding of products, solutions, and

business logic in the cloud and computing industry.

Programming Proficiency: Experience in code development and debugging using one or more of the following

languages: C/C++/Fortran/JAVA/Python/.NET. Solid programming foundation, style, and habits.

Linux Familiarity: Proficient in using the Linux operating system, with experience in software development and debugging

in a Linux environment.

AI Software Development Capability: Foundational understanding of AI including deep learning, machine learning,

computer vision, and natural language processing; practical experience developing AI software; familiar with mainstream

AI frameworks such as PyTorch, MindSpore, and PaddlePaddle; hands-on experience in model training,

precision/performance tuning, and inference deployment.

Communication & Collaboration: Clear logical thinking, strong technical analysis approach, proactive and responsible attitude, and excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
