About The Job

This role reports to the Sales Manager

• Manage ongoing client accounts post-engagement to ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular follow-up meetings with key stakeholders to assess learning outcomes and identify ongoing corporate needs.
• Collaborate with internal business development teams to support account growth, renewals, and solution upselling.
• Oversee programme deliverables, post-training activities, and administrative tracking within client management systems.
• Participate in client visits, training sessions, and occasional weekend corporate events as required.
  
  

About The Manager/team

• This is a 4-person team (HOD, Sales Manager, CSS, and HRD/Admin Support).
• Works with the Business Development team in managing account retention, keeps clients warm, and joins client visits/trainings.
• Hands-on coaching during onboarding, shifting to operational autonomy and regular feedback.
