We are looking for a Junior L2 Developer / Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in application development and production support within the Core Banking / Investments & Wealth domain.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SilverLake Investments & Wealth, along with strong technical skills in .NET and MS-SQL/SQL. The candidate will be responsible for application support, release management and quality assurance activities.

• Provide L2/L3 application support for Investments & Wealth applications.
• Work on applications built around SilverLake Investments & Wealth.
• Perform incident investigation, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Support release management activities, including deployment coordination and post-release validation.
• Participate in Quality Assurance (QA) activities and ensure application quality.
• Analyse application issues and identify root causes.
• Work with development, QA and other technical teams to resolve production issues.
• Perform SQL queries and database-level troubleshooting using MS-SQL/SQL Server.
• Support application enhancements, fixes and maintenance activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical/support documentation where required.
• Follow established production support and change-management processes.

• 3–5 years of relevant IT experience
• SilverLake Investments & Wealth – Mandatory
• .NET / C#
• MS-SQL / SQL Server
• L2/L3 Application Support experience
• Experience in Investments & Wealth / Core Banking
