Job Descriptions:

• Ensure all outlets comply with Singapore Food Agency(SFA) food safety guidelines, safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist outlet managers with manpower scheduling and enforcing service standards and SOPs.
• Address customer feedback and handle escalation issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
• Work closely with upper management to review sales performance.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase dine-in traffic.
• Manage Digital Marketing aspect of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of operational experience in F&B industry.
• Proficient in digital marketing and data analysis.
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset.
