WE ARE HIRING : Experienced Quantity Surveyor ( QS )

Looking for a sharp, hands-on Quantity Surveyor to join our construction management team based in the Simpang Ampat, Penang.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Performing accurate material takeoffs and quotes (specializing in structural steel)

- Evaluating and certifying subcontractor progress claims and final accounts.

- Submit monthly progress claims, VO etc. to clients and final accounts.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience as a QS in Construction

- Familiarity with AutoCAD and reading drawings.

- Microsoft office literate
