Marketing & Business Development

• Coordinate marketing and business development activities to support business growth.
• Identify and follow up on potential clients, projects, and business opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new project opportunities.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create engaging content including product highlights, reels, videos, showroom features and project showcases.
• Develop campaigns to increase brand awareness, showroom traffic, enquiries and project leads.

Website & Online Presence

• Support website and online catalogue updates, including product, brand and project information.

Commercial & Sales Support

• Coordinate with suppliers and brand partners for product information, marketing materials, launches and promotional activities.
• Support commercial activities including quotations, proposals, client follow-ups and sales enquiries.
• Identify potential clients, projects, business opportunities and potential new brands/product categories.

Showroom & Experience Centre Marketing

• Promote Archidasia’s Building Material Hub & Experience Centre to architects, interior designers, contractors and clients.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain CRM, lead records, sales pipelines and prepare marketing & commercial performance reports.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Sales, Business Development or related field.
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, branding and business development.
• Proficient in social media platforms and familiar with Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, organised and able to work independently.
• Commercially minded with the ability to identify business opportunities.
• Experience in building materials, interior design, architecture, construction or property is an added advantage.
