• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Check the quantity, condition, quality, specifications, and expiry dates of products before acceptance.
• Report damaged, expired, incorrect, or short-delivered goods to the relevant department.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled and stored according to product type and storage requirements.
• Maintain proper FIFO/FEFO stock rotation to minimize expiry, spoilage, and wastage.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure stock records are accurate and updated on a timely basis.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with stock counts, inventory reconciliation, and investigation of discrepancies.
• Prepare and pick stocks according to customer or channel orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity and product specifications.
• Coordinate the preparation and staging of goods for delivery and dispatch.
• Work closely with warehouse, buying, procurement, sales, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth stock movement and order fulfilment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe, and hygienic warehouse environment.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, SOPs, food safety requirements, and workplace safety regulations.
• Maintain proper warehouse documentation and records.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
