Job Description

• We are looking for Prompt Designer develops and optimizes AI prompts to deliver accurate, consistent, and safe outputs from Large Language Models (LLMs).
• This role collaborates with Product, Engineering, and UX teams to design AI interactions, improve prompt performance through testing and evaluation, establish PromptOps best practices, and ensure compliance with governance, security, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain prompts, templates, and output formats for AI applications.
• Optimize prompt performance through testing, experimentation, and refinement.
• Define evaluation criteria, quality standards, and success metrics for AI outputs.
• Monitor and improve accuracy, consistency, safety, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Implement PromptOps practices including version control, documentation, and change management.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering teams to create intuitive AI experiences and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, privacy, and responsible AI standards.

Key Requirements:

• Strong written communication and instruction-writing skills.
• Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and AI limitations.
• Experience in prompt testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of PromptOps, evaluation frameworks, and quality monitoring.
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured AI solutions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
