Responsibilities:
Oversee daily HR operations and full spectrum HR functions.

Handle payroll and work pass applications, renewals and cancellations.

Manage onboarding, offboarding, leave and attendance.

Coordinate hiring, resignations, confirmation and training matters.

Handle CPF, IR8A, IR21 and government claims.

Prepare HR reports and handle employee enquiries.

Manage staff disputes and labour-related matters.

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.

Construction industry experience is required.

Strong payroll, work pass and staff dispute experience.

Knowledge of Singapore employment practices and MOM regulations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.
