* Preferred many years of working experience, but not limited to Digital Market experience.

* Know how to execute AI Tools.

* Website SEO search and updating the website.

* Implement digital marketing activities and campaigns to capture the market share online and events.

*Develop or upload content or product updates on the website and digital channels to ensure the most relevant and accurate information is being shared.

*Attending to all online enquiries and questions.

*Investigate and provide ad-hoc IT support to the team when an issue arises.

*Relevant Sales support.

Competencies

1. Develop content using videos, customer testimonials, or pictures to garner interest online.

2. Using social media or the various digital channels to upload new/updated products.

3. Communicate effectively among inter-department to successful service delivery or projects.

4. Learn how to resolve technical issues through familiarization with the system and offer troubleshooting.
