Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop strong relationships with clients, and play a key role in driving revenue growth. If you have a passion for sales, strategic thinking, and expanding business networks, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to enhance business growth.
Develop strategic sales plans and present proposals to meet customer needs and achieve company objectives.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and ensure excellent service delivery.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain records of sales activities.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Diploma Holder in any specialisation (preferably electrical or mechanical)
2+ years of experience in construction equipment sales, aerial work platforms rental business unit, BESS unit.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
