Design Engineer /Senior Design Engineer (Mech, Chiller, simulation, Green Mark)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct site surveysand assess technical requirements and constraints

- Develop and optimise system designs, including equipment sizing, selection, and configuration

- Perform simulationsto evaluate design options for efficiency, cost, and operational feasibility

- Support Business Development by providing technical solutions for tenders and proposals

- Conduct Green Mark gap analysis and recommend improvements to achieve certification targets

- Prepare and submitapplications for approvals, legislations, and grants on behalf of clients

- Ensure compliancewith building regulations, codes, and sustainability standards

- Collaborate withcross-functional teams to align design intent and project requirements

- Communicatetechnical solutions clearly to clients, internal teams, and management

- Identifyopportunities to improve design processes and best practices

Requirements

- Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field (preferably sustainability-related)

- 2 years or above ofrelevant experience

- Good to have certifications: BCA Energy Auditor, GMAP/GMAAP, SCEM

- Strong ACMV design,analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Good communicationand stakeholder management skills
