Position : Digital Marketing Executive

Location : Millerz Square, Old Klang Road

Salary : Up to RM 3,700

Working hours : 9am - 6pm (Monday - Friday)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing activities across multiple online platforms. The role focuses on content creation, campaign management, lead generation, and performance analysis to support business growth.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms.
• Plan, execute, and optimize social media advertising campaigns, including targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports.
• Develop and implement CRM and lead management strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Analyse market trends and digital performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Ensure consistent brand presence across all digital channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or relevant experience).
• Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X.
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot is an advantage), and campaign reporting.
• Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and content creation skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a team environment.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
