Responsibilities:
Responsible for effective execution of approved inspection test plans

Monitor and supervise daily QA/QC works - Tankage / Piping / Structure / Mechanical at the site

Monitor NDT / PWHT status to ensure no backlog prior delivery to site

Witness and inspect the project materials and arrange for inspection

Liaise with QA / QC supervisors/inspectors, clients or sub-contractors for site QC plan implementation

Perform and witness daily QC activities and testings to ensure they are as per ITP and project requirement

Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates (MTC) and the specification requirements to comply with Inspection & Test Plan (ITP)requirements

Produce NDT/Weld Map and joint summary

Issue NCR, SCAR and QANas required where defective workmanship of deviations from Procedural requirements are detected

Requirements:
Possess AWS/CSWIP 3.1inspector or equivalent qualification

At least 5 year’s relevant experience in Petrochemical or Oil and Gas Industry

Proficient in MS office application

Able to work under demanding condition during project and as a team and individual independently

Familiar with code and standards – API, AWS, ANSI, ASME, TEMA etc

Willing to work 5.5 days work week and at the project site
