About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
SalesSupport Executive
to join our growing freight forwarding team. This roleplays a key part in supporting the sales and operations teams by ensuringtimely quotations, smooth shipment coordination, and excellent customerservice.

Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team, including preparing quotations, pricing proposals, and cost calculations.
Coordinate with operations, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and vendors to secure competitive freight rates and ensure smooth shipment execution.
Respond to customer enquiries, rate requests, and shipment updates while maintaining excellent customer service.
Ensure timely submission and proper filing of quotations, and support the preparation of RFQs and tenders for key accounts.
Ensure sales documentation complies with company policies and procedures.
Perform other administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a sales support role.
Knowledge of sea freight and/or air freight operations will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Provide weekly and monthly report assigned by management.
