Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily heartbeat of our engineering operations, ensuring the seamless synergy of all building systems.
Guest-Centric Maintenance: Champion a proactive maintenance strategy that guarantees the safety, efficiency, and aesthetic perfection of our facilities - because every detail matters.
Dynamic Shift Leadership: Take command of the floor during your shift; inspire, direct, and empower your engineering crew to perform at their peak.
Crisis & Resilience: Spearhead emergency response and preventive repairs with agility and precision, minimizing disruption to our high-end clientele.
Compliance & Safety: Uphold the gold standard of statutory regulations, ensuring our property remains a benchmark for safety and quality.
Requirements
Technical Foundation: Diploma/Certificate holder in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
Licensing: Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A or above) – a non-negotiable for our standard of safety.
Industry Experience: A solid 5+ years of experience within hospitality, premium commercial buildings, large-scale property management, or complex facility operations.
Leadership Edge: Proven supervisory experience—you know how to bring out the best in your team.
Holistic Knowledge: Strong expertise in HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and integrated building management systems.
Flexibility: Willing to work on a shift roster to support operation.
