RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage a team of Technicians to ensure the building services and store equipment's are working in a good condition.

- Carry out repairs and preventive maintenance work in accordance with the plan

- Monitor third party contractors and ensure adherence to the safe and legal routines

- Conduct safe and legal routine checks as per Health and Safety Policy

- Maintain equipment according to the risk assessment standards and act quickly on any issues

- Maintain engineering store area and plant rooms to ensure tidiness and safe access

- Perform routine inspection every 3 hours, Monitor contractor, Perform minor trouble shooting

- Maintain all electrical and operations equipment.

REQUIREMENTS (KEY COMPETENCIES)

- Chargeman A4 Certificate by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission)

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in facilities management or building operations with knowledge of maintenance and services.

- Customer oriented, a team player, able to work independently and good interpersonal & leadership skills

- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-changing environment

- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English

- Willing to work on shifts/public holidays/weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
