What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanour
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures
• Responding to guest inquiries and providing information about the local area, amenities, and events
• Handling reservations, bookings, and any guest issues or complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
• Collaborating with the wider team to ensure seamless operations and a high level of customer satisfaction

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality or tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer situations
• Proficiency in English and the local language (Bahasa Malaysia)
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive guest experience
• A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
