Sentian Spatial Construction Limited is expanding its interior design and consultancy business in both Hong Kong and the Greater China. To cater for its development, we are now looking for high caliber individual to join our company as:

We are looking for an ambitious person to join our Company. If you have strong sales & marketing experience, are outgoing and sociable, and excel at networking and building relationships, also have the following qualifications and skills, you are our target. 

 Responsibilities:

•    Exploring new business opportunities (Market at Interior Design & Fit-out works)

•    Marketing and selling of our service to potential clients

•    Taking the lead for new project development

•    Identifying opportunities, strengthening and managing relationships with new and existing customers plus handling renewals

•    Working closely with other team members to accomplish team goals

Requirements:

•    3-5 years of successful sales and marketing experience.  People with sales less experience would be considered as Business Development Executive

•    Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline

•    Experience in preparation of marketing and communication materials

including e-newsletter, presentation slides and project pictures preferable;

•    Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts

•    Fluency in English & Cantonese a must; fluency in Mandarin preferred

•    Native English speakers would be an advantage

•    Energetic, social, and outgoing

•    Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment, as well as the initiative to work autonomously

•    Able to negotiate with decision-makers

•    Great interpersonal, communications and networking skills

•    Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks

•    Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries
