Our Client is an established Building Company with projects throughout the Klang Valley. We are looking for a Project Manager to undertake project interior design/retrofit works including rectification works related to interior design/retrofit works and other services as appropriate.

Among some of the requirements include: properly take over all tender drawings, tender/contract requirements, Letter of Awards, contract, PO, project pricing from Contracts Department, and conduct a kick-off meeting before the start of project.

To prepare the Project Quality Plan within 30 days from date of letter of award, contract or purchase order acceptance date by MD.

To obtain performance bond and insurance through the Finance $ Procurement Department for customers.

To oversee the overall project activities throughout project planning, budgeting, execution and closing. To work closely with Project Director.

To assist Contract Managers (CMs) in preparing estimates and technical documents for tenders and pre-qualification submission on request.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
