- Level 4 Schedule Updating: Develops, updates, and maintains detailed Level 4 construction execution schedules in Primavera P6, tracking Critical Path Method (CPM) logic across civil, floating PV assembly, and electrical workfaces.
- Progress Measurement & EVM: Tracks daily and weekly physical progress against baseline S-curves, calculating Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics—such as Schedule Performance Index (SPI) and Cost Performance Index (CPI)—to highlight early warnings and bottlenecks.
- Progress Reporting: Consolidates site execution data to generate weekly progress reports, monthly progress report (MPR) inputs, manpower/equipment histograms, and 3-month look-ahead schedules for management review.
- Variations & TQ Log Management: Assists in logging and tracking site Technical Queries (TQs), Change Requests (CRs), and variation requests, providing time-impact analysis (TIA) data to support potential extension of time claims.
- Subcontractor Progress Verification: Audits sub-tier trade contractor weekly progress claims against actual physical site achievements prior to commercial sign-offs.
- EDMS Integration: Works alongside the Site Document Controller to ensure progress logs, daily site records, and structural inspection records are properly tagged and uploaded into the ThinkProject EDMS.
