This role will be responsible for the processing of US customer invoices, including compliance checks, and resolution of any issues that arise and adhering to strict deadlines.
Responsibilities
The role will be remotely managed; the role will involve a large amount of independent and unsupervised work, typically demand an overlap of 3–6 hours with US time zones (EST/PST) to ensure real-time communication and workflow continuity.

Qualifications
- At least 3-year(s) experience in manufacturing field
- Master’s degree in accounting or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages - Dynamics 365 ERP is preferred
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Ability to cope under pressure, collaborates well, self-motivated and self-sufficient
