Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase business growth.
Manage customer relationships and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers in the interior design market.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
Coach, train, and motivate sales staff to improve their skills and productivity.
Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up with clients throughout the sales process.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Ensure the sales team consistently meets company standards, KPIs, and business objectives.
