Key responsibilities

Coordinate logistics and operational setup for brand events, exhibitions and client activations

Oversee boutique upkeep, including lighting, security systems, display fixtures and general facilities

Manage maintenance schedules and ensure timely resolution of operational issues

Coordinate store layout, fixture installation and operational readiness prior to shop opening

Liaise with contractors and relevant departments on maintenance, repairs and facility improvement works

Requirement

Minimum GCE O-Level qualification or equivalent

At least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail operations

Experience in handling retail store operations

Good command of Language to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills
