AUTOMATION ENGINEER
Responsibilities
- Carry out Electrical, Instrumentation, Control and Automation (EICA) design for water and wastewater treatment projects.
- Manage the procurement, costing and delivery of electrical software and hardware required
- Make automation programming according to clients technical specifications
- Arrange control panel assembly, testing, and installation at construction site
- Modification and Integration of new equipment / system with existing automation system
- Update of SCADA/HMI graphic to reflect new instruments/equipment and mapping these graphics to the corresponding field signals
- Attend to EICA breakdowns with diagnosis and solutions
- Attend meetings with subcontractors and clients for technical clarifications and arrangements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure deliverables are within the schedule.
- Keep records of EICA design, drawings, and document systematically
- Provide support and assistance to Sales Department and Maintenance Team
- Guide and educate junior EICA personnel.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience at membrane base water treatment plant, preferably
- Proficient with Schneider / Siemens software
- Well-versed in SCADA and HMI
- Excellent communication skill
- Good personality and team spirit
