Provide technical support and troubleshooting for: 

* CCTV / IP CCTV

 * Access Control System

 * Barrier Gate System

 * Long Range RFID System

 * LPR / ANPR System

 * Alarm System

 * Networking

 * Other ELV / Security Systems

1. Troubleshoot hardware, software, wiring, network and configuration issues.
2. Handle complicated technical cases that junior technicians are unable to solve.
3. Identify the root cause of technical problems and provide suitable solutions.
4. Perform product setup, configuration, testing and QC.
5. Configure IP addresses, network settings, devices and related software.
6. Perform firmware and software updates when required.
7. Test device and system compatibility.
8. Provide technical support to customers, dealers and installers through phone, WhatsApp, remote support or onsite when required.
9. Support complicated warranty and product checking cases.
10. Assist in testing and learning new products introduced by the Company.
11. Guide and train Junior Technicians / Technical Assistants.
12. Share technical knowledge and troubleshooting methods with the team.
13. Prepare simple technical reports, troubleshooting records and technical documentation when required.
14. Follow up assigned technical cases until completion.
15. Provide clear updates on : Problem → Finding → Action Taken → Result → Next Action.
16. Work closely with Sales, Admin, Warranty, Store and other departments when technical support is required.

• Experience in CCTV, Access Control, ELV, Barrier Gate, Security Systems, LPR / ANPR, Networking, or related technical fields.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of networking, including IP address, LAN, and device communication.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to identify technical issues and recommend solutions.
• Responsible and able to follow up on assigned jobs until completion.
• Good communication skills and able to deal with clients and team members.
• Experience in guiding or leading junior technicians is an advantage.
• Basic computer and software knowledge.
• Willing to learn new systems, products, and technologies.
• Own transport and a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
